We were traveling back home and stopped there for the night. The lobby air conditioning was not working. The hallway floors were dirty. The room was dimly lit. The air conditioner in the room was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. The toilet was leaking and discovered it in the morning. I would not stay there again.

Miss seeing Andrea at the desk first and Foremost she is the reason me and my family come to that hotel hotel isn’t welcoming that old lady who works in afternoon her customer service needs some work to over the top, hotel very clean rooms clean breakfast was amazing

Only issue we had was lack of water flow in bathroom sink. We notified the front desk and they stated another adjacent room had the same issue. They assured us they would correct the problem promptly. Otherwise, very pleased our stay.

We didn’t enjoy this stay because it was impossible to sleep due to that toilet bowl continuously flushing itself every 10minutes! It was late when we checked in and we just wanted a good night sleep but couldn’t due to that issue!

Cheesh! Entered on Wed May 25 at about 7pm, and was 'greeted' with a total sourpuss. I stay in HI Express at least 6 or so times pre year, and generally find the staff friendly and pleasant. Not tonight....wow. Asked if there was a room available, was quoted a price....deadpan....no 'would you like", no eye contact....very odd. I wondered if I had done something to provoke the young woman behind the desk, and my travelling companion assured me I hadn't. It was a pretty sour way to start the night. I guess I interrupted her meal - I don't know (she had a cup of noodles in front of her. Is this place short staffed? Can't she find a staffer for a break? Whats up here? I've worked in customer service for many years - that was a sad show for what is otherwise a clean, quiet, comfortable motor hotel.
