A great stay and fantastic staff! Mia went above and beyoned for us, really apreciate it and will defo book again! Had a great nights sleep, the rooms were very clean. And brekfast was tasty and good service. By far the best experince i have had at a Premier Inn. Thanks again Mia!

Very clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and professional service from all the staff members. Great food in the restaurant. Parking was a cinch as there are loads of spaces available. We also took full advantage of being able to book a taxi using the direct phone in reception.

Stayed Christmas day overnight. Usual reliable comfortable bed quiet room and good night's sleep. Staff excellent, despite it being Christmas, all good humoured and helpful in the hotel and at the Brewers F pub. Lady on reception doing a double shift was great, friendly and helpful. Thank you for making it easy for us to see our family while not seeing your own.

Absolutely shocking arrived today 7/12/24 at 14:55 for a 15:00 check in, was told my room wasn’t ready and would be an hour, after one hour I went back to reception and was told it was now ready, on going to the room I found a dirty toilet, pillow cases on the floor no tea or coffee and an over powering stench of body odour, after complaining I was told I would have to wait another 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned properly, worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot… never ever again for me.

We stayed last week with 2 young children, the stay was lovely & very well prepared. Staff were great and helpful with the children. Rooms were clean & food was fast service and very reasonable prices. Will definitely be returning as we all enjoyed our stay.

From first to last we were looked after brilliantly. We were going to see Paul McCartney at the CoopLive venue, and decided to stay here. Liv (and her mum!) were brilliant. Liv went way beyond expectations by sorting taxis for us. All in all, service, cleanliness of rooms, welcome from all, including the team in the Brewers’ Fayre, fantastic. Thank you.

As you would expect with a premier inn, the usual room but very clean and comfortable. Of note, the staff were very helpful and most pleasant. The breakfast at the adjacent Brewers’ Fayre was great, fresh, hot, tasty and plenty to chose from.

I've just been served by a lovely lady at reception named Mia she was polite,courteous and very professional. Premier inn should be very happy with Mia as an employee. I highly recommend Mia to receive some sort of recognition for her fantastic and polite manner. We really enjoyed our stay and Mia made it even better.
