You, Me & the Sea - 4 Minute Walk to the Beach!

Come unwind in this little slice of heaven! Located in a wonderful cottage neighborhood, you will have a great time making use of the deeded beach, grilling on the deck, making s'mores on the patio & evening walks to ice cream and mini-golf. This is what a Cape Cod vacation is all about! Centrally located near many of Dennisport's best restaurants, bars & beaches-most of which are walkable. Located in Salt Air Village, a tight-knit cottage community. The private, deeded beach is a stone's throw away (a 4 minute walk); Glendon & Sea St beaches are a short .5 mile walk. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Some of our favorites: The Dog House (0.6), Woolfies (0.4), Southside Cantina (0.4), Cleat & Anchor (0.4), Chapin's (0.4), Joey's Pizzeria (0.6), The Rooftop at Pelham House (0.3) & The Sailing Cow (0.4) to name a few! There is also a market, ice cream shop, beach shop, antique shop and mini-golf in the plaza 0.4 miles away. If you don't mind driving, the cottage is located in a fabulous spot - a quick drive to rt 28 and close to the Harwich and Yarmouth. There are two dedicated parking spots next to the cottage. If you need additional parking, there is visitor parking on site but it is first come first serve and not guaranteed. The cottage itself features a large deck featuring a grill and outdoor seating for four, a patio with firepit & an outdoor shower you can truly enjoy the easy, outdoor living the Cape is known for. We also include beach chairs, a beach wagon and some toys for your convenience. If you need a break from dining out, the kitchen is fully-stocked and ready for you to prepare your meals, down to cooking oils and some spices. If the outdoors aren't calling your name, you can spend a night in relaxing on the couch and enjoy a movie on the smart TV. You'll find all the comforts of home here - extra blankets for chilly nights, board games and some books to help you pass the time. For our coffee lovers, we offer a Nespresso with pods. If you're traveling with little ones, we are happy to provide pack & play and booster seat - just let us know in advance. We also always provide toys & books, children's cups, utensils & plates/bowls. We know all too well how stressful traveling with kids can be. Please let us know if there's anything else we can provide to make it a little easier! Both bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable bed & dressers. There are extra blankets and beach towels if you’re interested in exploring our many beautiful local beaches. We want you to enjoy your time with us, so please don’t hesitate to let us know if we’re missing something to make your stay better! Salt Air Village is truly a gem! There are horseshoe pits, free little libraries, volleyball courts & lots of really wonderful residents.
