GGuest UserLike the domestic Samsung hotel, it is on the edge of the city, but there is no good hotel nearby. Health and bedding are not good, the carpet is dirty, and the decoration is not graded. The price is higher and the breakfast is average.

AAliceee xuIt's not bad, it's quite convenient. There's a supermarket next to it. I stayed here on a business trip. There are residential areas nearby, so it's a bit noisy, but overall it feels okay. Haha

GGuest UserHotel location was perfect, very close to the bus station and about a 10 min walk from the train station. Staff, service and breakfast were excellent. The only thing we didn't like was that the bathrooms were connected through an air vent, I suppose, because our room sometimes had a bad smell, sometimes of cigarettes or something else. However, it was a pleasant stay.

II can flyI believeThis is a clean and satisfactory hotel. The location is good and it is a good hotel for traveling to Pamukkale. Check-in time is also 9 am. Check-out time was also good because you didn't have to wait for check-in time at 12 o'clock.

LLinI stayed at this hotel around the 12th of October 2022, it was a stopover hotel on my driving trip to Fethiye, very good service, very good location, plenty of parking, breakfast was very good, the man at the front desk and the butler were very gentlemanly. As I checked in late, I was given an upgraded room and it was one of the most satisfying hotels of the trip and good value for money.
我大概是2022年10月12号入住的这家酒店，是我自驾旅行去费特希耶中途的停留酒店，非常好的服务，非常好的位置，有很多停车位，早餐也很不错，前台男士还有管家都非常绅士。由于我入住得比较晚，还给我升级的房型，第二天退房前还仔细帮我检查了房间有没有落下的东西，是此次旅途中最满意的酒店之一，性价比也很高。

I had to waste some time waiting for a serving lady to figure out processing credit card, on behalf of the lady who forgot to process it the night before when she checked me in. The server for breakfast kept humbly apologizing, though I told her it wasn't her fault.

GGuest UserThe staff is very helpful and the service is good especially during Ramadhan. The hotel needs more amenities especially the pillow which is terrible and also they need to clean the room everyday, the pillow sheet is really terrible and also need to improve the quality of the mattress which is not suitable for a hotel. Anyway I am happy to stay at the hotel for 3 nights with its nice location and affordable price, thanks to the staff also for your help in getting a transport to the airport..
