There was a strong smell of chlorine in the rooms upon check-in. The smell of urine in the shower.
If the room is above the pool, you can hear the staff rattling dishes in the bar until three in the morning. If the room is further away, external air conditioners are noisy everywhere anyway (sleeping with the windows open, listening to the sounds of nature is not an option)
20 minutes before check-out, they started (attention!) CALLING our room. Dear management, this is already some kind of greeting from the past and only humiliates the guests.
In general, we did not feel like welcome guests and have no desire to return.
Summary: if the price was lower and 4 stars - we would not be surprised. But the quality of the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars.

Perfect to go with your family and friends! Hygiene was great! Everything was well organised. Food was delicious too!

Tierfreundliches Hotel (streunende Katzen werden eingefangen geimpft und wieder in der Hotelanlage frei gelassen ! Allein wegen das ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel !!!!!!!!!! Lage & Umgebung Direkt am 2 km langen Strand ! Golfplatz direkt vor der Tür ! Zum gemütlich spazieren ! Joggen Zimmer Sehr sauber ! Gut gefüllte Minibar, groß. Danke an Frau Irem von der Guestrelation freundlich , hilfsbereit und professionell
