We stayed at the hotel for 1 night as a family of 3 in August 2024. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and it was a good experience over all. Food at the restaurant was delicious and seemed fresh, it was open-buffet. However, Snack Bar was underwhelming. Serving only hamburgers which to be honest, not tasty at all. Basically, ketchup,ham and bread.Since, snack bar and another tiny bar (cant remember the name, it was like a little bakery that served only lahmacun and cheese pides) were the only place you could get something to eat between lunch and dinner, both of them were extremely crowded. We had to wait for about 20 minutes in the queue just to order. Though, there are multiple places in the hotel where you can get drinks, food options is really limited apart from the restaurant which is open during breakfast,lunch and dinner. After dinner, there was a live performance at the restaurant which was fun. We ordered some alcohol and mezes and everything went smoothly. The hotel has also another pool which is about 2 km far away. You have to drive there by your car or use public transportation to be able to visit the aqua park which was a little inconvience, so we didnt go. There is only one open parking lot so even though vale take your car, they have to park your car in the street because often times there is not enough room in the lot. However, I still recommend staying at this hotel if you like being in the nature and looking for a calm vacation. We enjoyed our time there.

Only reason I booked this place is because of rated 5 star Hotel. But the facilities and service far from it. I’m disappointed fact that how can they get 5 star rating is beyond me

I made a reservation for 5 days and 4 nights accommodation between 27.08.2022 and 31.08.2022 with the phone call I made with the officials of İğneada Resort Hotel (AKA Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş.) on 28.06.2022. Upon their request, on 06.07.2022, I sent a prepayment of 2000 TL to the company's Halk Bank Kırklareli Branch account number 552 10260232. I confirmed my reservation by sharing my payment receipt with them. However, on 09.08.2022, 17 days before the stay, I informed them that I wanted to cancel my reservation due to family reasons and requested a refund of the 2000 TL I had paid. Since 09.08.2022, the company does not refund my payment despite reminding, writing and calling many times. It's a pity that they make people work like this because of such small amounts... / 28.06.2022 günü İğneada Resort otel(AKA Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş.) yetkilileri ile yaptığım telefon görüşmesi ile 27.08.2022 - 31.08.2022 tarihleri arasında 5 gün 4 gece konaklama hizmeti için rezervasyon yaptım. Talepleri üzerine 06.07.2022 tarihinde firmanın Halk Bankası Kırklareli Şubesi 552 10260232 numaralı hesabına 2000TL ön ödeme gönderdim. Ödeme dekontumu kendileri ile paylaşarak rezervasyonumu konfirme ettim. Ancak 09.08.2022 günü yani konaklama süresine 17 gün kala kendilerini bilgilendirerek rezervasyonumu ailesel sebeplerden dolayı iptal ettirmek istediğimi ve ödemiş olduğum 2000TL nin iadesini istedim. 09.08.2022 tarihinden bu yana defalarca hatırlatmama, yazmama ve aramama rağmen firma ödememi iade etmiyor. Yazık ki bunca küçük meblağlar nedeniyle insanları bu şekilde uğraştırıyorlar...

Hotel kış döneminde olmasına rağmen ilgi alaka çok iyi.Hamam harika aynı zamanda sauna da aynı şekilde.Sıcak havuzda bir sıkıntı vardı çözmek için hemen aksiyon aldılar bu arada da havuza girmek isteyen oğlumuza hemen jakuzili süit oda hediye ettiler.Odaya özel tatlı ve kokteyl servisleri sabah kahvaltısında gösterdikleri özen harika.Resepsiyon ilgi alaka olsun lobi bar da CESUR kardeşimi tek geçerim. Aynı zamanda lobi bar da Cesur ve ekip arkadaşlarının ilgisi gösterdiği özen takdire şayan diyebilirim.en ufak sıkıntınızı dahi anında çözüme kavuşturmak için seferber oluyorlar.Kış sezonunu gördüğüm hotelin yazını gerçekten merak etmeye başladım

Otelin konumu denize sıfır, tek avantajı da bu. Öğle saatlerinde deniz dalgalı ve bir miktar yosunluydu. Plaj temizdi. Havuzu deneyimlemedik ama temiz gibi görünüyordu. Otel genel olarak bakımsız ve eski ve kirliydi. Odadaki eşyalar eskiydi, 2 tek kişilik yatak birleştirilip çift kişilik yapılmış. Yatak ve yastık çok rahatsızdı neredeyse hiç uyuyamadık. Klima doğru düzgün çalışmıyor soğutmuyor ve çok sesli. Yemekler vasatın altında, çeşit yok lezzetsiz kalitesiz malzeme. 1 gece için 9800 tl ödüyoruz çok daha lüks oteller bu fiyatlarda, aldığımız hizmet bu olmamalı. Bir daha gelmeyeceğiz kimseye de önermeyiz.
