My stay was disappointing. The receptionist, a young Indian woman, was not welcoming at all. She simply handed me the room key without offering any helpful information or a friendly greeting. Her attitude was cold and dismissive, which is not acceptable for someone in a customer service role – she definitely needs to learn how to be a good receptionist. The room cleanliness was poor – it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned, with dust everywhere and the bathroom appeared unwashed. Additionally, there was no towel provided in the room, and the pillow had noticeable stains. On a positive note, the location is quite convenient, with plenty of nearby eateries, a Watsons, and convenience stores in the area, making it easy to get what you need. Overall, I expected much better service and hygiene standards.

Location is good , near airport , room is comfortable ourside many food, hotel is clean , traffic is convenient night time you can walk around night time market.

Just nice to transit before flight schedule😇Affordable for everyone📌

The insulation is pretty bad with doors banging when closing. It was a transit flight and i even couldn’t sleep. Waste of booking. Also still far from airport, i paid 30 RM. i think the price is not worth it to travel and stay for a transit. Also asked for a wake up call but didnt happen at all

i enjoyed my stay in here. the bed is comfy,The aircond is great. the staff is good. i recommend to stay here. the location is also good, restaurant and convenient store also close to the hotel.

Near airport, i arrived late at night and had to Check out early in the morning to catch flight

The only advantage is it’s cheap and near airport..ok for 1 night

Room was quite dusty not worthy for the price

Im not sure to say its good or bad..but for sure the safety is not there.. cleanliness is fair but the safety is not there..for the first time they gave me the room that already open and cannot be lock..so they change to other room, the other room the gave me is better than the room before but at night (early morning) around 12-1 am.. some one can open my door, very strange...luckily the door is with safety chain attached to the wall..so the person cannot enter ed my room..very dangerous.

Genuinely the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in, we have long term travelled for years, stayed at hostels, home stays, jungle floors etc and this place is without doubt the most disgusting place we’ve ever been. Without doubt it’s never cleaned, every aspect of the hotel was filthy. Staff were clueless how to deal with the issues, bedding had numerous unidentified stains (no way had the linen been washed after the previous stay) bed was full of small bugs (unsure if they were bedbugs but very very likely) avoid this place like the plague, we left after 2 hrs trying to resolve (tried several rooms) the issues, door wouldn’t lock so clearly not safe, toilet leaking etc. We walked off to find another hotel, luckily we found EC Kip (Eman Cottage) just round the corner (it was cheaper, cleaner and great staff) location was awesome.
