As a fellow hotelier, I am very disappointed with the service provided by this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the male front desk receptionist was extremely unfriendly and arrogant. The room itself was comfortable, but there were cracks on the walls and no coffee or tea sachets were provided. In addition, the pillows were yellow and dirty, and the bedsheets and comforter had black stains. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned.
The elevator was also frequently out of service and under maintenance, forcing guests to use the emergency staircase, which was cluttered with hotel items. Additionally, the power supply in the room kept cutting off unexpectedly, and when I approached the front desk, they told me I was supposed to have checked out — even though my actual checkout date was not that day. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
