Run down but sweet workers Bathroom door doesnt close due to the position of the toilet. Dirty floors, bathtub is chipping away. Not a great room for the price i paid

The room was so incredibly clean. Everything was in order and the beds were made to military standards (I am currently a U.S. ARMY ****** ****), so presentation and attention to detail is always high priority. Rachel, at the front desk, was so kind and the hospitality was superb. I drove 7hrs38min from green bay, wi to hear, expecting the bare minimum service. Not the case, truly superb customer service, definitely will come again and WILL recommend this wonderful establishment to family and friends. Thank you so much team!! The heater screams when it’s on. The bathroom is very gross, covered in rust and a toilet seat that isn’t attached. The staff isn’t very helpful. I have asked for clean sheets or clean towels a few times and they have yet to do it. Everytime I go in to get tp or a new towel I get berated with questions about it. Also tried to join their rewards program and the staff couldn’t assist with that either. Also the WiFi is garbage, I would upload pics but it can’t handle that.Place is close to my job and that is the only good thing.

Do not recommend to stay AC do not work the first night then the toilet was running the same night my TV was too dark and no adjustments on it for brightness they didn't discount me or anything for my troubles never would stay there again don't recommend it at all

Was a geat stay super quiet . Close to all shopping areas. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean. It feels like home away from home. I recommend it to all are family and friends. Been staying for work on and off for a year. Super friendly for construction workers and truckers

The staff is really awesome. They are very helpful and are always willing to help out. The general manager is always has a smiling face when new guests or current guests come into the office. Clean rooms location is great for shopping. A lot in walking distance

Looks nothing like the pictures!!!!! The lamps had rust on them, the bench in the shower was falling off the wall, everyone of the pillows had some drown stains on them, and the bed sheets had burn holes in them. Over all not satisfied
