This hotel is amazing but honestly the people are unlike any other customer service I’ve experienced! Matthew at the front desk is one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve met. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and wants all the guest to have the best stay. You have to see Nick at Reef’s rooftop too, he is incredible as well. We will be back simply because of the customer service!

I was there a couple of days with my daughter on a job interview, the hotel service was terrible, there was no room service, I had to pay $4 for a bottle of water and had to walk to the front desk for water that's terrible. i've been a Marriott Rewards member for several years and I will not recommend this hotel ever again .!!!!

As a corporate meeting planner, I coordinated a meeting for 48 attendees at the Courtyard Delray Beach, and the entire experience was exceptional. Kayla made the planning process seamless, and the on-site support from Alex, Adam, and Michael was outstanding. Communication is key for events like this, and they truly excelled—making my clients feel at ease so they could focus on the business at hand. The meeting space was intimate, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, providing the ideal setting for our group. Convenient parking was another highlight—day guests could park in the garage at no charge, and overnight guests received a discounted rate of $15. I highly recommend the Courtyard Delray Beach for corporate meetings. The team’s dedication and the property’s amenities made for a truly successful event.

Extremely nice hotel, good choices for room service. Pool area is nice, staff are awesome. This is a great choice for places to come and stay. Lobby is pristine, beds are comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance of the downtown area.

Great location, large room and bathroom. Extremely clean and well decorated. The best part of the stay was our interaction with Matthew Stoner at the front desk. He made us feel welcomed and appreciated as soon as we walked in. We told him we were in town for an FAU campus visit and he gave us great info on the school and local scene. When we arrived back at the hotel after the campus visit he remembered us and asked about the visit. Gave us advice on local shopping and beaches. Where to park, etc Warned us about the potential for storms later in the day. We will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend.

This truly could have been a wonderful stay had it not been for the overpowering, head-ache inducing Febreze-like-scent that blasts you every time you walk through the lobby. There's nothing wrong with soft, atmospheric scents, but this scent was heavy-metal loud and revolting. So, unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as we had hoped it would be.
