Good Location
This was a lovely property in a location that was very convenient. We had a few issues, but the owner was very responsive and helped us to solve them.

Wonderful stay
We’ve stayed in several rentals in Delray. None could compare to Colene’s. The house had everything we could possibly need and it was spotless. Both Colene and the property manager were very responsive when we had some questions and ensured that we were satisfied. In fact, we liked it so much that we booked again in the spring!

Birthday Trip
The 3 of us had a great time. We had a few hiccups but Colene was quick to respond. The house if very nice and the beds are super soft. If we travel to Delray Beach again we will definitely check to see if this home is available.

Perfect for our family
Had a great stay for a week. Everything needed was at our fingertips. Location was perfect. Publix grocery in walking distance as was the 15 min stroll to Atlantic Ave and beach access. Plenty of restaurants and bars also in walking or driving distance.

Excellent stay as always
Colene does an excellent job in creating a beautiful house in which to stay. She and the property manager are easy to reach and gracious. We’ve been at this house several times and we re always very comfortable staying here.

Looking forward to returning next year
We literally had to cancel 8 hours before we were scheduled to arrive due to illness. Colene was very kind and gracious. We have now booked next year!
