Main to ek bhi star na du...ghatiya hotel..ghatiya log ..staff drunk rehta h..or ladies k liye bilkul safe nahi hai ye hotel...staff ne saari night door knock karke us night ko horrible banaya tha..Hume laga tha tha morning Tak Zinda bhi bachenge ki nahi..saari raat dar ke jagne ke baad dusre din exam diya...kyunki main meri sister ke sath exam k liye Delhi is hotel me ruki thi .luckily Bach Gaye or dusre din turant humne shift kiya..pls don't go there..that was horrible experience..our biggest mistake that we chose this hotel..not safe for girls..DNT GO THERE

I booked a single room for 2 nights: 23 & 24 Mar 23 in room.No. 204. The TV was not working since I checked in. Complained to the staffs, even on the second day I was given a cock and bull story saying that cable is cut and not working; for the information of all I could hear the sound the TV in the next room since I checked in. I don't know how many different Dish TV connections a hotel does subscribe. Room was not cleaned properly, bedsheets were stained with pen ink. I felt disappointed. Now the decision is yours.

This is the first time in 31 years that I am writing a review as the stay in the hotel forced me to do this. Upon arrival, I was escorted to the room where one of the hotel staff asked me if I needed a cab service for the airport in the morning, I agreed to it and gave my contact number for the morning wake-up call. The hotel staff was drunk which I realized later when he came inside the room, asked me to lock the room (which I obviously did not agree to), and started asking me personal questions like why am I alone if my husband is escorting me, asked questions regarding m family, and even asked me if I will contact him after I leave. I was very uncomfortable and asked him to leave the room immediately. After this, he came back again and knocked on my door, I did not open it after this encounter but he kept knocking and calling me on m contact number. I called reception to inform them regarding it and waited for them to handle it but they were of absolute zero help when I called them after 20 minutes they asked me oh did I have to come upstairs for help which was shocking as I expected better than that. The guy called me 20 more times after he was asked to leave the guy in the reception. I had to contact my friends for help which led them to come down from Gurgaon to rescue me from this nonsense. I had to leave the property because I felt so unsafe and could not even stay safely for even a few hours. The hotel staff was incompetent and did not take the matter seriously. I would suggest not to book this hotel no matter what.

Staff is very good. All queries was done on the spot and room service is also quick. All above. The atmosphere of hotel feels safe.Location very convenient. It was gud hotel for stay.Overall Hotel is nice at reasonable rate at good location. Staff is also good.
