My stay here was very bad the room size is very small and the price is very high. There was no cleanliness in the room, i would recommend that no one stays here. The rest of the staff here is very helpful and polite.

Its good, rooms and bathrooms are clean. Food is good. Customer service is excellent. There are multiple restaurants near the hotel. And the best part is that the hotel is just in front of the metro station okhla vihar and you'll also get e rickshaws and autos in front of the hotel only.

I checked-in at this property on April 7th but had to leave property after founding the poor/terrible conditions of hotel room. It looks like hotel rooms are not maintenance/cleaned. Dust was on the floor, while turning on AC, literally dust was coming on the bed, room mini fridge was not working and was in bad condition. The mentioned amenities(toiletry kit, dental kid etc) were not provided, I asked for complimentary water while leaving the property the same day. The property manager said there was maintenance work going on but it doesn't look like, if there was anything.

Looking at the picture of the hotel, i booked the room, but here there is nothing in the name of convenience, daily only one item in breakfast and the room is also eating dust.

Location was terrible and dirty, difficult to find this shady hotel. Ac stopped working at 12 am. They refused to shift me into a new room lying that they were fully occupied. Then gave a room after i started yelling at them. No hot water in the morning as the geyser stopped working. Had to get a kettle from another room. Faucet wasn’t working. Breakfast is not meant for human beings. Cold and stale. Didn’t eat anything but paid for it. Worst hotel i ve ever stayed in

I am sorry to say, the state of the rooms is not upto the mark at all. All the rooms are quite small and no scope of ventilation is there. The bedsheets and pillows are dirty. The bathrooms are very tiny and discomforting. The support staff is not that cooperating. Its a 1 star hotel with a pricing of 3 star. I will not recommend this hotel
