Worst ever Hotel stay experience...

This property did not allow me to stay since I does not have Indian Passport. They not even know what is OCI card. I just checked next door hotel and they gladly accepted me as their guest. ******* does no verification of the Hotel quality or staff behavior. A horrible experience with the hotel and *******. For no reason this review getting rejected.

Ac was working properly, bed sheets, pillow covers and towel etc were dirty, no proper toiletries were except a small useless soap. Not advised to stay

Ac was not working even after complaining about it. Room was packed and no ventilation provision was there so without ac it was mes-arable experience. No toiletries, drinking water was provided.

Firstly when I called for informing late check in, hotel staff talked in rude way and asked me to get my booking cancel. mine was prepaid booking. later I talked to mmt helpline and issue wàs solved.room given to me was dirty, bathroom seemed to be not clean after last use. bedsheet was dirty.As my booking was prepaid they should had prepared a room for me.it is overpriced hotel with poor facilities. I won't recommend to family...bakwas and ridiculous hotel.

They gave us room on third floor and were not having lift. They gave us one towel between two person and towel was wet. No soap sampoo no brush.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here neither for couple nor for bachelors as the bathrooms are terrible plus bedsheet and the comforter were also terribly dirty, when asked the housekeeping they said this is the best they could do!
