HOTEL Saket 27 is very ideally placed with ample of parking. The rooms are well designed . Bathroom size is good enough . I would rather call it as a good business hotel. Staff is courteous

※Worst hotel_skin trouble
1. I got skin trouble due to so many bugs and duty rooms(see the picture)
2. bad smell
3. Big noise
4. Old funiture, refrigerator
5. Expensive charge(low room condition)
6. Poor breakfast

Hotel was clean but service was slow , room landline and fridge was not working that’s my only issue

Hotel Room alloted was not cleaned properly. Before allowing a room one should check the amenities are properly available or not. There was dust in wardrobes and washroom. As I was tired off continuous driving since last 9 hours, I was not able to change the room.

I stayed here for work for 5 nights in April . Room was clean and well maintained . Breakfast buffet was average (eggs had a weird smell ) On the day of the checkout I was waiting in the lobby for 1 hour because my flight was in the evening . I was feeling sick and had headache . I just leaned against the cushion and closed my eyes for 10 mins . A girl from reception came to me and told me sleeping in lobby is not allowed . She could have asked me if something is wrong or if I am feeling unwell . These things make a difference in hospitality . Otherwise I would have given this hotel 5 stars .

Nice place to stay in budget. Its very near to MAX HOSPITAL SAKET. Perfect place to stay. In such a costly area, its a budget friendly hotel without compromising the luxury, hygiene, cleanliness and good services. I recommend this hotel to all my dear & near ones.
