First day check in on 18th was given ordinary room no 424 in stead of a delux suite for which i paid. Room had plaster coming out on the walls and no sofa. Next day was shifted to suite but no 24 hr hot water. In the breakfast at 09:40 all items are over. Last 2 days they are putting off the ac in the night to save electricity bill making it suffocating in the room. I should be given a refund in spite of complaining to the reception for ac off there is no action

Parking problem is an issue on this place but i found my space there is a little space of parking in front of the hotel. Now come to the service point;my room was spacious cooling of room was great. I found some mosquitoes in the room for that i complained to manager ;he said app hume boll dete sir hum krva dete spray. Overall experience of stay was nice

I am not happy with the stay as ac was not working the whole night. And faced problem in fixing the issue as well. The issue was resolved but after a long wait. Not going recommend and stay next time.
