This is the worst hotel I ever visited . In all non smoking room you feel like someone smoke . Lot of things are broken . Staff is very untrained and chewing tobacco all time. Service is terrible. They show good pictures of the room on website and give you dirty dark rooms . Overall bad property to stay if you traveling from overseas.

The google map location is wrong.
We went from East delhi to Okhla and back to east delhi because of this.
No one answers the call on reception even after multiple attempts and they keep talking to someone else if by mistake they pick up your call.
The rooms were dingy and we could hear other people talking in the other rooms as well.
Old and scrapped style almirahs, beds etc.
Not worth it at all for what you pay.
Horrible experience from parking to staying.

Pantry service is Good , with limited items , pantry guys are helpful. Room service is average, need to improve some basic things. Other all good not very good , Hope it will improves. Suggest to increase food types in breakfast buffet. Thanks

One of the best place to stay in Delhi. Budgetary hotel with good hospitality. Staff is very nice and cooperative. Food is good. Staff namely jitendra and vipin are always there to help you. Cleanliness and hygiene is taken care. Housekeeping Staff always available and front desk team is excellent.
