in bathroom and overall no cleanliness at all. in bed we noticed a lot of bed bugs are there so we requested to change our room but unfortunately in other room also same situation. request everyone please do not stay this hotel at all. unfortunately i didn't get chance to look for the reviews. you guys please don't do this mistake.

Though I have booked rooms well in advance with full payment, but hotel refused to give room because of non availability. They gave another hotel rooms, but it was not up to the mark. very bad 😔😔 experience. It was terrible experience. Despite advance booking and payment they had not provided room. They arranged in other hotel, which was not up to the mark.

I booked super deluxe room , but when we reached , they said super deluxe room is occupied and they gave us very small room . though after three hours, they shifted us to super deluxe room. but the furniture and bathroom fixtures were old and dirty.

booking leke other guesthouse me shift karte hai 1-2 hour wait karwake time west kar dete hai booking cancel karne ka bolte hai kyo book kiya se baat karo Pura bakwas hotel hai ki badnami ho Rahi hai ye hotel block karna chahiye

Considering the price we paid for one night, it was not worth it. There was no proper check to ensure that all necessary items were available in the room. While the room itself was okay, the phone was not working, and we had to request bedsheets, blankets, and toiletries, which should have been provided. To make matters worse, when we woke up, we found cockroaches in the room. Additionally, the food was very expensive — we paid Rs. 1000 for a single meal. However, the quality of the food was good. On a positive note, the location was excellent, with Hazrat Nizamuddin Station just a short walking distance away.

It was an extremely bad experience and i was given a room with bugs. The bed was filled with bugs and the room was horrible. I had to clean the toilet myse because the staff didn't do anything. Absolutely horrible. Will never recommend anyone book this hotel. The images being used to describe the hotel are just wrong.
