The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Delayed check in, inspite of calling and confirming our arrival the previous day, was just the beginning. There is no running hot water in the hotel and the front desk went on an on about how they can get you some in a bucket if you want. When I told them that it's the most basic one needs to have in a hotel the lady debates by saying no one asks for hot water in summer. The 'premium' room that we had booked said complimentary buffet breakfast included. There was none. We were asked to order between pasta and aloo Paratha. Considering the Paratha would be fresh, we went for that. Half cooked parathas were served with a bowl of curd. When I asked why atleast pickle was not possible with it, the *** brings me a sachet of picket, cuts open the sachet and squeezed the pickle out into my plate. Some premium service that was. The next day atleast they had poori and poha too. We went for one of each and we were served the same in broken plastic bowls. Since when did serving in broken utensils become okay in a "premium" hotel? The place is not wheelchair friendly. Getting to the rooms requires you to access the lift which at multiple levels from where the reception is. So if you are differently ables or elderly, be warned. Hospitality at its worst. When we called to confirm our arrival, we requested for two separate beds. If you have it, you offer, if you don't say you don't, asking your customer "both of you are ladies right, so why do you need separate beds" is disrespectful, apaulling and NONE OF YOUR DAMN BUSINESS. TV that has no reception, amenities in the room that were not working or broken including plug points, toilet paper holders, shower door, exhaust fan in the bathroom, etc Why are they calling themselves a premium hotel is beyond me. PATHETIC!!!!!
