Good points
It's part of the Best Western chain, so it was basically well-equipped, and the hotel staff was well-trained, so I had a comfortable stay.
The breakfast included in the stay was good. Furthermore, since I was taking an early morning train to Agra, I asked for a box breakfast instead of breakfast, and they kindly prepared it for me.
Bad points
Some of the front staff made racist comments and had a bad attitude. If it hadn't been for this, I would have given it the highest rating, so I was very disappointed.
Finally, I think the quality of the accommodation depends on the owner. I used to stay at "ERMOU ART LOFT" in Athens, "Downtown Tirana Apartments" in Tirana, and "Yolo House" in Seoul (Unseo Station), but I was put off by the carelessness of the owners. On the other hand, I was impressed by the consideration and sincerity of the owners at "Center LEKS apartment" in Skopje. We stayed at Best Western Maharani Bagh Delhi for almost a week now. The staff are always courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and wholesome. We are traveling out of town for a week, and this is the place we will definitely be returning back to!

Solo female traveller from the UK, stayed here for 6 days. The staff have been lovely, Tanu and Bhumika have looked after me at the tasty breakfast, the room service food has been delicious and the locations has been very handy - I've felt very safe and looked after.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay here. Absolutely amazing hospitality and care. Special shout out to Tanu, Bhumika, Vishal , Atishyam, Anurag , Suraj for their exceptional care and service towards us expecially my parents who stayed there for a prolonged stay for my mum’s treatment. She absolutely loved every bit if her care. We will definitely be coming back again. It feels like a family away from home. Keep up the exceptional work Special thanks to Harish for accomodating our request and adjusting us so much with every little request we made, he handled it so effortlessly.
