Please be careful as this is a fictitious scam page. When I got there, I couldn't stay overnight. When I contacted Trip.com, they said that they were not an agency and that they would contact the hotel through the agency. It seems like they couldn't get in touch with us, and they replied that ``Trip.com will take responsibility for the response,'' but then Trip.com suddenly stopped contacting us and ignored all of our communications. Are the calls and emails from Trip.com Chinese? It seems like.
By the way, this was not a hotel, but a children's facility. The facility allows overnight stays, but they say they are fully booked even though I have already paid. Are Chinese and Indians both liars? ? ? They won't give me any money or refund. The email with the transfer address has also been left unattended.
Trip.com's response is too harsh, so I will report it to the Consumer Affairs Agency and file a complaint with the police.
