It's like a B&B, with odd-shaped rooms, a part-time job at the front desk, and no waiters in the restaurant. Fortunately, the people here are of good quality. The hotel is in a good location, close to the old city center.

Hotel is in great central location. Also an easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Breakfast buffet was very good. Our room on the top (2nd) floor was small but clean. The bathroom was huge with a great shower. The room layouts vary considerably as this is an older building. With no elevator I would ask for a room on the lower level next time. Staff was very accommodating including assisting with carrying luggage up the 2 flights of stairs. Overall, glad we stayed here as the hotel does have some local charm at a reasonable cost.

Very nice hotel located at a great spot in a lovely city. Delft is so pretty and the hotel is conveniently located to the train station as well as the many sites, including the Vermeer museum and the Thursday all-day market. We had a garden room that was spacious, clean, comfortable and big. The staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful.

My room was fantastic, bigger than I was expecting. I enjoyed having the tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the hotel was in a very central location within the historic centre of Delft and was on the right side of town to the train station.

It is located near the centre of the old part of Delft and everything is very walkable. The breakfasts are very big and delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
