The room is small and the shower has a low ceiling so I would not recommend to tall people. However it is super value for money. Location is great. Staff is friendly. We loved it!

The hotel disappointed me a lot. First of all, it is very difficult to find, at least if you come 'from the church side'. There are several entrances, but it is not clear where the reception is exactly, while I navigated with Google Maps. The phone was not answered at first. The location is nice, right in the middle of Delft. The room is not that pleasant, it is very old-fashioned. In addition, the sanitary facilities do not seem clean - mainly due to all the traces of use. The mattress is saggy and the furniture seems to have been thrown together and there are traces of use and holes in it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

Our daughter just started studying in Delft and we were there as a family sorting out her new house. I needed a hotel in the middle of the center so we could have fun evenings after the busy day and also where I could easily park the car. When I found Grand Museum hotel I saw some of the reviews weren't that positive. I chose it anyway and I must say I really disagree with the negative reviews. We had a suite in the Residence and it was absolutely lovely. I also really liked the Russian lady (so sorry I forgot her name) at the reception. She was super friendly and very helpful. The parking garage was very close by. You can book with breakfast but we didn't. There are many lovely bakeries around where you can have your breakfast in the morning. Even though breakfast room looked really cute.
