I visited Delemont with a group of friends this weekend. We are a sport cars club and we often travel across Europe. I was with my 7 years daughter and our staying was just perfect. Mercure Delemont is a brand new hotel, warm and perfectly equipped for a very pleasant staying. Our bedroom had all amenities and we enjoyed our time in Delemont. Great morning breakfast and great courtesy of the reception crew. Then the extra mile came. My daughter forgot her ”dudu” (her night puppet) in our bedroom. We realized 300 km later and she was really sad. In less than 24 hours her little Rabbit came back home, traveling safely as a priority delivery with Swiss Post. Whoever has a little girl knows what this does mean. Mercure team did not even want to get paid for the delivery.
