Second stay there - nostalgic local that is very convenient to Bethel Woods concert venue. Family owned by delightful people.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kenoza Lake View Manor. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room and the king size bed- super comfy! The area around the manor is beautiful- be prepared that it is in a very hilly, mountainous area. We were in town for a concert at nearby Bethel Woods and although the weather wasn't great, we had a great time. Be aware ride-share options aren't really a thing in the area, but the hotel actually offered a round-trip shuttle, which we didn't use but thought it was awesome they offered it. The complimentary breakfast was also great. Would absolutely stay here again, and plan on it.

My wife and I wanted to like this place, since the service was impeccable, and the manor was very charming. The reviews were at least 4 out of a 5 rating, but they were misleading. When we got to our room, the first thing I noticed were a few dead flies on the floor . We were on our way to a concert at Bethel Woods and had to grab a quick dinner, so I couldn’t really focus on it. The place itself is old, which I don’t have an issue with, but I noticed the window ledges were dusty and the air conditioner even looked dirty. There was also an eyelash in the sink, which kinda made me wonder if it had been cleaned. We went to dinner and the concert and came back around 11:00pm and it had rained all day and night and we were standing in mud so I wanted to take a shower when we got back. That’s when I noticed what poor shape the shower and bathroom in general was in. Cracking paint, dusty ledges, and the floor in the shower stall was dirty looking because it is an older fiberglass model. There was a missing spout in the shower with blue painters tape on it, and the cheap caulk between the tiles was coming off. My wife and I were tired so we decided to sleep there without using the shower and just wake up the next morning and leave early. We woke the next morning and used the sink and toilet and the plumbing sounds like it has seen better days. So, unfortunately, the pictures online are taken from a distance and are a bit fuzzy, so we didn’t notice that things were not kept up.

This hotel brings you back to a time when a family run hotel is the result of pride in ownership. This family has done a great job on every level with tons of old-world charm and hospitality. The place is spotless. The owners, Jordan, Cecelia and their mom made me feel like family. I did not have the pleasure of meeting the rest of the family. Very reasonable rates, breakfast include. Great walking grounds and outdoor places to relax and SO QUIET!

This hotel is a hidden gem in remote Kenoza Lake. A large Inn with hit and miss occupancy, it depends a lot on Bethel Woods concerts and summer/ fall travelers. Roku TV only shows streaming shows including Netflix. The place is a bit dated with a mix of antiques and crystal. Room was very clean, comfortable with smallish bathroom. Has mini fridge and small microwave. Room air conditioner and baseboard heating. They offer a continental breakfast with croissants, muffins, yogurt, cold cereal and fruit in their dining room. Staff were very friendly and made you feel they were sharing their home. Place was dead quiet at night for a peaceful sleep.

We had a wonderful 9th Anniversary Valentines Day weekend at the Manor. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Our host, America, was so friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our morning chats over a healthy breakfast. We will definitely be back!

Could not recommend this more! We traveled with our 17-month old and it could not have been better. The room (master king) was HUGE—our daughters pack and play fit in the (also) huge closet. Huge, gorgeous comfortable bed and nice tv. The owner and her family could not have been more accommodating. lovely property.
