I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in DeLand, Florida. Payton at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She went out of her way to recommend a fantastic restaurant within walking distance, which made my stay even better. Payton’s friendliness and helpful attitude really stood out and made me feel right at home. Thank you, Payton, for the excellent service!

The staff made the experience great, especially Autumn, the two ladies who made breakfast while we were there and the manager Jessica. Truly an amazing staff, made my daughters feel like royalty!

The room was nice and clean but the best part about my stay was getting helped by Payton at the front desk. She checked me in and was super helpful with anything I needed throughout my entire stay. Whenever I’m in the area I will be staying here and requesting her to check me in!

Aaron, Peyton, Jessica and Maryanne were super helpful, accommodating and all around wonderful !!! We had a nice experience, and all of the staff worked hard. The room was clean and comfortable and the red velvet waffle at breakfast was yummy. Thank you for taking good care of us

Always a great stay! Have been here for a few months due to work. Payton and Cady have been amazing! Rooms are always clean and well take care of. The staff is always helpful and greet you with a smile. The housekeeping staff does a great job keeping everything in order! Good place to stay when far from home.

Best customer service experience at any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My family and I stayed for 5 days for the Welcome to Rockville concert. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very accommodating during our whole stay. Special shout-out to Payton at the front desk. We all miss you. -Bobby from the knocked loose pit lol
