Decent bed, but fairly noisy when rolling over.
Hallways/stairways were dingy/dirty, but rooms were clean. No hirdryer, but did have iron/board

La habitación llegue y estaba sucia, y cuando desocupaba la habitación no la limpiaban, más de 4 veces la llave tenía que acudir a recepción para que la arreglaran. La alberca nunca vi que la abrieran y en el desayuno los jugos y frutas no estaban frescas

I love how in the King Suite the bed is comfortable and i can close thendoor to the living room area so sunlight doesnt wake me up or lights at night dont keep me awake. I could live at this hotel. The refrigerator has a separate freezer too so foods or ice packs actually freeze.

El hotel no tiene una construcción adecuada. Es insoportable escuchar los ruidos de las habitaciones de alado y arriba si estás en planta baja. Pedí mi reembolso por la pésima noche donde mi familia y yo no pudimos descansar de un viaje largo, si embargo me rembolsaron una cantidad ridícula.
Y si uno deja la habitación la cobran de cualquier forma.
Cambien sus políticas.

The hotel is under renovations at the time of our stay. Our room was clean, breakfast was fine. The only thing I saw was the new floor planks were seperated and looked like it was not professionally done. I hope I'm wrong and they are still need to do small touch ups. Other than that, we were satisfied with our stay.
