At my arrival, the front desk Staff was very unfriendly. Their system had a problem and my cards were refused and they treated me like somebody wanting to scam them but then they found out that it was their problem and they didn’t even apologize. Then i had my breakfest included in my trip.com booking and they wouldn’t give me the voucher, telling me that they didn’t see the breakfest, even though the price per night was higher then the normal room. No chance of trying to help me calling trip.com, so i had to pay 2 times for my breakfest. I will get my money back in 2-3 weeks… it’s not my problem, but i need to pay anyway - no apologies. It’s a Hilton, but there is no difference to other hotels. the service is unfriendly and unprofessional (except at the restaurant - they were cery friendly) and the room itself is old, there is no smart tv - so no netflix/prime - no welcome water bottle, only for purchase. i was not so satisfied with my stay

Perfect Location, great staff, really nice grounds, was very impressed.

The hotel was nice and clean and the front desk staff was so nice! The only issue I had was the shower head still slightly running when filling up the bathtub, but it wasn’t really that big of a deal. Would definitely stay here again!

The stat was obnoxious at many levels. After checking in, we discovered the air vent of our room was making an engine like sound with the walls vibrating so we asked the concierge to arrange a change of room for us. The concierge gave us new keys for another room. Upon arriving at the door of the room, we discovered that the room that the concierge told us to go to was already occupied. We went to ask them again and they said they realised just now so we wasted a lot often time running around the place. Then when we eventually settled in another room, we discovered that half of the sockets don't work. The most fascinating thing was that we received a call from the concierge in the morning on the second day, the staff asked if we need the maintenance guy to come check out the leakage. We did not report any leakage and apparently they knew there was a leakage in the room prior to us checking into the room, should they not have fixed the problem before checking guests into the room? The hotel failed on so many levels.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and I like the location and the room service but when it comes to the check in employees I feel like they can be a bit more welcoming. Not the fist time were encountering issues with mismanaging rooms, keys and its with an attitude. Not all the front desk employees but a few for sure.

1. Parking lot is a bit far from the hotel. (Even normal reservation guest must more far from the hotel entrance. When we are parking, valet staff notice us Move to other site…hahaha) 2. The staff is not professional. Card machine is broken. We have to wait for approval. No comment about Hotel guide except elevator location. 3. The room is very old condition. Toilet is too small and The bathtub is yellow colored….. 4. No boiler in the room but coffee machine without capsule. Ask for boiler to having some tea and The staff said they don’t have any boiler and we need to going down first floor and bring hot water on the Bar by myself(…..?????????????????) No recommend stay here. Really really regret staying here.

Has a couple of Tesla chargers which are very convenient. The location is great - close to many food options and to the beach.

Stayed for 2 consecutive nights. The room was big and clean, the bed was big and easy to sleep on, and the whole hotel smelled good. Unfortunately, the weather was bad and I couldn’t swim in the water. The water was too cold. It’s a pity that for such a large swimming pool, the disadvantage is that the air conditioner is too loud. loud

The location is very good. I stay here every time I come to San Diego.

The food isn't great, but the service is good. It's so long from the hallway to the room that you have to ask for a room nearby. Why do parking facilities charge money? It's quiet without you noticing. There may be a burst water pipe in your room, so be sure to check.

The most high-end hotel I have stayed in these days, with complete facilities and a large hotel. I am very satisfied.

Overall quite satisfied. Breakfast was not very good.
