The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall the Inn is dated and the common areas are in a state of neglect. The dining facilities are closed.

DO NOT STAY!! Hotel staff is lacking in basic customer service. There are no phones and no way to call the front desk who doesn't fix anything anyway. The ONLY good thing is that the rooms are large. Much bigger than a normal hotel room. No food anywhere near 10 minute drive minimum. Hotel rooms have spiders in cabinets. Wall paper is peeling away. Barely working frig and air. We had no soap. Hair dryer burned up in 3 seconds. Electrical plates are not attached. (Safety hazard) place is dirty and lacks basic maintaining. We had a terrible experience getting here because we checked in on July 4th. Roads were blocked. My husband is a disabled veteran and we asked for an ADA room. None given and they could not even provide a shower chair.

The rooms are not worth the money you are paying, they need remodeling. Some of the people at the front desk are not friendly. Hallways aren't clean. Holes in curtains, tried to add picture, sight wouldn't let me.

I will never stay here again. The staff was awesome. This place is way past needing renovation. The grounds are dirty, rooms are in need of repairs and renovating. Everything as far as amenities were closed. Spider webs everywhere outside, outside breezeways dirty, trash on the ground everywhere. This could

The State of Georgia needs to intervene as this is owned by the state.

The mattress was uncomfortable. We were in room 215, great view to the pol and lake. The SPA was dirty and we couldn’t use it. The indoor pool was great.

Stay at Stone Mountain
The Stone Mountain Inn is under renovation so I was accommodated to stay at the Evergreen Resort Hotel on Stone Mountain Park property The Hotel Staff was polite and helpful our Room was clean and the Lake View was beautiful
