I tried to book an additional service for friends staying at the hotel. Reception was unhelpful and shouted and most unaccommodating. I was trying to book and pay for value added service. I understand it may not be possible but the manner of communication for a hotel of this apparent calibre is very poor.

Lovely hotel, location and facilities
Service isn’t the best. Met with apprehension when the key didn’t work. Told to use the soap attached inside the shower for the basin rather than being provided with some separately

Vackert boutiquehotell
Väldigt fint boende. Stor ljus lägenhet som ligger en liten bit undan huvudhotellet. Välutrustat kök och sköna sängar. Trevligt med " honesty" bar & fin pool på hotellet. Det tar ca 20 min att gå till stranden. Rekommenderar hotellet och hoppas återvända
- Det står det skall vara balkong i rumbeskrivningen & bilder visar lägenhet med större uteplats. Det stämmer inte med verkligheten. Vår lägenhet hade fransk omöblerad balkong.
Hade varit fint med kallt vatten i kylskåp vid ankomst som de flesta hotell erbjuder.
Hade bara städning en gång på 3 dygn. Hade gärna haft daglig rengjöring och soptömning.

Our best stay during our Europe trip. Lovely room, staff, breakfast, views and location! Everything was easy, including parking which is a bit of a nightmare in Deiá. The staff helped us to organise a taxi to a local wedding venue. So glad we booked here!!
