一號房儘量不要選。除非晚上沒有睡覺的需求。先是房間隔音非常差，樓上來回走動的聲音非常大，還有樓梯的腳步聲，非常非常大。樓上不睡樓下別想睡。好不容易樓上的人一兩點終於休息了，兩三點又聽到雞在打鳴，非常離譜。早上從廁所窗户推出去才發現卧室外面有個雞舍！有個雞舍！

房間衞生真的是堪憂啊，牆壁上都是黴點，廁所一股騷味，洗澡間下水堵塞有異味有雜物，泡茶榻榻米上有食物殘渣，浴巾上有毛髮和黃點，床單上有黑色黴點。衞生如果沒有改進我肯定不會再來了。老房子，吱吱呀呀，可以理解，又遇到很多孩子，是真的吵。管家反應比較及時，房子有特色，離景區很近，餐廳是好吃的，是那種可以回來專門吃飯那種好吃。但衹有一張寶寶椅。現在被陸升集團管理，希望能有所修繕和提升。

山有福美是一個很有設計和花了心思的民宿，由老房子改造而成。管家制的服務非常用心，酒店的飯菜很不錯。
民宿在的國寶山區，環境優美，民宿前一片金黃的稻田。鄉野人間的感受。
酒店代工廠售賣的瓷器，馬克杯也很好看。
期待下次再來，找一個幽靜一點的2層樓房間。好好放空下。

很不錯，適合帶娃出遊，管家人也很好，到了幫忙拿行李，安排入住，餐廳是要提前預訂的，菜做的很不錯，很合胃口，下次還會再來，希望多增加一些小童娛樂項目，畢竟地方比較適合親子出遊。

與這個價位的民宿橫向對比，房間設施及內部清潔沒有特別完善（例如牆壁上有很多黑斑，浴巾有味道等等）服務質量欠缺 ，周邊自然風光倒是不錯。

小院頗有設計感，拿過獎項。複式雙卧客房空間大，稻香蛙鳴愜意相伴，《稻香》裏的具象慢生活。管家服務很周到，提前聯繫，有求必應，一日三餐都是本地食材，準備也用心。秋天稻田黃時應該也很美！附近有賣煙花的超市，適合年節來這兒宅幾天～
