設施及裝修老舊，房間走廊外牆的裝飾條都掉了好多，被子枕頭看着比較臟，還出現了智能馬桶一直沖水不停不得不請維修師傅，電吹風藏在衣櫃抽屜（問了服務才知道），入住辦理需要等很久就一位工作人員。唯一還可以的是房間面積比較大，對早餐還行，雖然品類也不是很多但味道還可以

酒店的位置很好，地下停車庫也很方便，離世界遺產德化窯址非常近，大約四五百米的樣子。酒店的房間超級大，完全超乎想象。住酒店要交300塊錢的按金，就在現在很少見，酒店周圍的餐飲服務很一般。
