來德化旅遊，作為三明人首選梅園國際大酒店。該酒店的設施衞生環境都不錯，唯獨服務太差。當天入住該酒店時，前台服務員説在小程序上下單，價格更優惠，可是我查看了攜程上的價格要比小程序上便宜。他解釋説小程序上的房間更好。我們也沒有看到房間，無法對比。結果我還是在攜程上下訂單了。在領房卡時服務員給我搞錯，到了房間門口無法打開房門。本想在樓層打電話，結果樓層的公用電話也是形同虛設，根本無法撥打。衹好從17樓又下到服務枱重新換卡。很不愉快的住宿體驗。

這次來入住得這家酒店位置很好在市區，酒店的服務人員都很熱情，辦理入住也很快都很專業，入住的時候有什麼事情也會及時跟進，在住期間很滿意的，房間衞生乾淨，大堂環境很不錯。
