I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Teertham. Despite being in the service industry, the staff, including the owner, displayed a lack of basic hospitality skills, and their behavior was quite appalling. The rooms were decent, but the food was below average. Breakfast was deliberately served at 8 a.m., seemingly designed so many pilgrims would miss it by check-out time. It felt like a deliberate strategy on their part.

It was a very bad experience to stay here in haridwar. The room was very small and not comfortable, it was not clean, the tv was not working, ac was very slow, the fan was also making noise. Support was not received from some staff, negligence was seen.

Food was really good. Hotel staff was polite and cooperative. Need to work on maintenance part as bathroom fittings were not working properly

If you are going only for stay in rooms, it is fine. But you will not get any other help like service and food even tea you will not get from there. Hotel is far from hear ki paudi. It wil take 20 min without traffic but due to construction it takes around 1 hour to reach and 1 hour to come back.
