Hotel rooms are clean. Has its own entry into the Ganges which was great to have the privacy for a bath in the morning (using a pail). Really good staff. Really supportive and friendly and aiming to please. Great location and my room with view of the Ganges and the hills behind it was well worth the extra price for the waterfront facing room. The food was good but can’t say great but the service made up for it which like I said was stellar and the front desk staff really helped me. Enjoyed my stay.

This property was perfect for our family stay in Rishikesh with easy access to visit all the spiritual sites. The thing we appreciated most was the private ghat to go have a dip in the holy Ganga river. Its was very clean and guard Ranjit Singhji was so helpful to make sure we were safe while taking our dip. There is mandir onsite with morning & evening Arti. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we want to say a special thanks to Kusum in the front desk who helped arrange all our local transport. The food was good and so staff were excellent. The rooms are a bit dated but well maintained. We had a full view of Maa Ganga from our window and also a direct access to a walking path in the back. After our experience here we also stayed at their other property Oneness in the mountains which was very unique. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent clean facility on the banks of Ganga . Our stay was made very comfortable by Disha at the front desk . Akanksha Rakesh Situ at house keeping were Excellent. In the restaurant Jalebi Ram Sing , Ratan , Kamal, Rohit and Surendra were excellent. In the spa Naman and Meena were wonderful. We will be back again.

This hotel is overrated and in my opinion should not get more than three rating. The two good things about this hotel are the friendly and polite staff, and the food. In fact if was not for the staff and the food, I will give this hotel a rating of two. The hotel itself was average, and the cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. I had to call room service to change my dirty pillow cases, the shower was not draining properly, dishes at the bufet breakfast were dirty, and the list goes on.

We visited the hotel on September 30th to inquire about the availability of two rooms for October 1st. Unfortunately, the receptionist's behavior was extremely rude and arrogant. While the hotel may have been fully booked, that doesn't justify the lack of basic courtesy. He barely acknowledged our request and remained fixated on his computer screen, as if he didn’t care. This is not the level of hospitality we expect from a hotel of this standard. We left feeling truly disappointed.

Outstanding hospitality, exceeding our expectations. The hotel is located on the bank of the river Ganges. Our room had an excellent view of the river and the forest covered hills across. Rooms were in very good shape and twice a day there was a call inquiring if there was anything that we needed. There was a verandah with chairs where we could sit and enjoy the view. A flight of stairs led to a lawn and a temple to Mother Ganga. A passage led to a small private ghat where Arati was performed. The hotel served delicious pure vegetarian food. There were some vegetarian Italian and Chinese items too. All of these were topped by hotel staff and supervisors whose politeness and efficiency were exemplary. As we were checking out we were presented with two bottles of Ganfa Jal.

What a beautiful hotel, right on the banks of River Ganga. The hotel has a private ghaat to access the river & a small temple on the premises. Very clean, absolutely wonderful breakfast & stunning views of Ganga from the room. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Nice , Clean n Serene location on the banks of maa Ganga with its own small ghat for Aarti n Holy dip.. Great food n cuisines with ever smiling staff like Rohit , Kusum etc... It's the only hotel touching maa Ganga with all amenities and clean rooms and central site to visit surrounding holy locations.. Thank you GM Mr.Sourabh for our memorable stay..🙏

I had an incredible experience at Hotel Ganga Kinare! The location is perfect, right by the banks of the Ganga River, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The sound of the flowing river was incredibly calming, making it a perfect retreat. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy haven after a day of exploring. The real standout for me, however, was the dining experience at the restaurant, Jal & Jalebi. The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the local dishes—they were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was nothing short of exceptional. They were always ready to help with recommendations for local activities and places to visit.
