Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Basic amenities like a dental kit and slippers were not provided in the room. When I asked for them, the staff told me they would only provide these items if the General Manager was on duty and gave permission – which was both surprising and frustrating. The checkout process was also a mess. I had to wait a long time just to clear the bill. On top of that, my car was stuck in the basement parking, blocked by 2-3 other cars. The reception staff had no idea about the room numbers for those vehicles. I ended up waiting for 40–45 minutes, and eventually they found the keys but told me I had to move all the cars myself to get mine out. This kind of unprofessional service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was nice stay but it is away from city on mussoorie road. Breakfast is very tasty. Rooms are neat and clean.

Room amenities not present as mentioned. They charged 47 rs for a 20 rs water bottle and haven’t provided proper bill

The location of hotel is excellent. Close to tourist place, on the highway to mussoorie. Rooms are small comfortable but the window view is blocked due to adjacent buildings. Breakfast menu remains same and tasteless, so we decided to skip it as it is not so enticing. Dehradun is famous for good food so why waste a meal. Surprisingly the restaurant closes at 10 in the morning, that should be improved. They are not cheap so cannot catalogue them as budget hotels but then the amenities are to be improved by the hotel.

Water issues in washroom and quality of food was bad. Uncomfortable bed in the room. Also, pols check before booking as this property is under renovation.
