very bad location.there is no sign board of hotel. you have to walk minimum 500 MTR to reach hotel.your car will not go to hotel.only small auto will go only.
staff behaviour very rude and bar.room not clean.they not given even water.very bad hotel food quality. specially mr. kudan have very bad manner. very rude man.dont go to this hotel

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. My shower had no water, and when "fixed," the pressure was barely usable. The room phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t call for help. Bedsheets were dusty, and the towels weren’t even clean. The manager told me I have mold in my room, we had to leave it was that bad and yet they still charged us!!! The only good part was it had a decent mountain view. Not worth it—stay elsewhere, so many options nearby!

Very poor service, Mr.Kundan doesn't even have the manners to speak, he abuses the guest. In terms of hospitality, this hotel is not worth staying at at all. My entire trip went to waste at the hotel. don't book this hotel , don't book this hotel

Location is bit problem as it is located on narrow lane in steep slope. Rooms are spacious provided with TV and fridge & complimentary drinks and snacks. buffet is good but service is poor may be due to shortage of staff.There is no view to see and relish

Location not found, not proper clean, hospitality is average, electricity is a big issue, bathroom is not clean no tissue no shampoo no soap.
