If there is one thing that stands out over here, it is Chef Sainath at the multi-cuisine restaurant. Such energy and great food! We had mixed experience with other chefs. Once ordered a non-spicy veg biryani and it turned out to be very spicy. We visited during rains and the experience of clouds wafting across the property is magical! Some recommended sight-seeing outings were also quite good. Unfortunatey, for a hotel of this stature, having a suite with a bad bathroom ruins the mood. After taking a shower, we had to wade through spent water because of poor floor levelling. I had asked about this at the main desk, but it just got ignored. Finally, when I said they could at least give me a mop or squeegee, they changed the room. The fun part? Knowing I wasn't happy about this, they completely left out the feedback form. Looks like you can only leave a positive feedback, or none at all.

During our stay at JW Marriott Mussoorie, we were impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The chefs went out of their way to cater to our 4-year-old, patiently preparing special pooris and parathas, which made our little one feel right at home. A warm welcome from Ragini and Riya set the tone for a wonderful stay, and our server Kailash was incredibly friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and beautifully appointed rooms, making it the perfect getaway in the hills. A truly memorable experience!

We had the most amazing experience at this property. The staff is excellent and we were attended to by Renuka, Riya and Ragini. They went the extra mile in ensuring we feel at home. Talking about the property, it is at an excellent location with pristine views. The food is amazing. We tried JW cafe and Teppan. Thanks Ishani for the great service and JW cafe and also the staff at Teppan. The breakfast buffet is sumptous. We also had a nice chat with the gym and pool instructor Sudesh. I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Mussoorie, and the exceptional service provided by Digvijay truly made my experience unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, his warm and welcoming demeanor stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Whether it was answering my questions with patience or recommending local spots to visit, Digvijay's knowledge and professionalism were remarkable.

Every dish we tried was excellent prepared to perfection bursting with flavours. Chef Anup was very accommodating all are requests and our server Abhishek was superb and on toes. Service quality was truly exceptional . The ambience is also very Asian and very nice

Really enjoyed our time at JW last weekend for 2 nights. A few things to call out 1. Temple walk - Roshan is a great guide and we enjoyed our trek to the temple 2. Housekeeping - Shailendra was really prompt and service was quick 3. JW cafe - entire staff, cooks and food quality was awesome. Happy to serve attitude really left a good impression
