Fabulous stay at a fabulous property. We stayed here for 3 nights for a peaceful stay. The hotel is 3km from mall road, away from all the noise in a serene place. We stayed in a suite which can fit a family of 4 easily. You can drive your car easily to the property. Special mention for Shivraj and Rajmohan for taking good care of us. Aakash and Manish were very hospitable as well. Chef Deepak ensured we had delectable meals for our stay.

The ambience of the hotel is so picturesque . It is in the lap of nature .The staff members (specially Shivraj and Rajmohan) were very courteous.The food prepared by chef Deepak and team was too good..The local pahadi food is delicious .we had an opportunity to eat samak rice and pahadi dal it was truely mouthwatering.

Had a lovely stay at Justa Oak. The property is new, luxurious & super clean. The staff is courteous & they wear a warm smile always :) We literally ended up spending 1 full day at the property, indulging in their delicious food. The view from the restro area is serene. Special thanks to Chef Deepak & Chef Mukesh for preparing special meals for us. Thanks to Anupam & Rakesh for serving us & i am so grateful to ShivRaj & Rajmohan Ji for taling so good care of us.

This is totally a new property and very well maintained. Good was good i was expecting a bit more. The staff is very cooperative and polite. Their premium rooms are much better than suites. Some important repair work is needed. Carpets in room were missing in rooms. Everything else was perfect.

We were so happy to have stayed at Justa Hollo Oak in Mussoorie. We had a great time here. The hospitality and Dining Team were so polite and caring that they took care of all our needs so well. The names of the team members were Mr Shivraj, Mr Rajmohan, Mr. Akash, Mr. Maneesh and Mr. Sapna. And the chef team Mr. Deepk prepared really delicious food for us.

It was a great great time we all had there . Wonderful ambience , delicious food , wonderful and friendly staff very supportive. We all had loved the view from the resort. So peaceful place very good for meditation as well . Special mention and thanks to Mr Rahul Aggrawal (gm) , Sapna ,Manish,Sakthi and Shekhawat thank you even for the wonderful gesture. Highly recommend place .

Location- excellent as it is in a secluded area without any traffic noise and not so far from mussourie mall road. Full marks for the location and scenic beauty. Amazing views from the property. Food- taste was fine but the variety was missing. Might be because of less occupancy. Amenities- now here they are losing their points as there was no amenities like kids play area, swimming pool, gym or other activity except it's a new property with good and clean rooms and beautiful views. Hospitality- i think as they are saying it's a 5 star hotel/resort there should be some improvement is needed as they have less staff and not as trained as 5star employees. Summary- if u want to go where you will find peace, beautiful scenery and good resort then this is one of the best place to visit but don't expect any amenities. 4 out of 5 marks.

It was great trip with justa hollow oak Mussoorie hotel. We had great fun in hotel. Food was good, Location was awesome and good view. Especially my daughter enjoyed a lot. Special thanks to hotel staff Shivraj singh, Rajmohan, Sapna and Manish. Overall it was a 5 star trip.
