3-Star Hotels in Dehra Dun

Hi, We (Me and my parents) were recently on a trip to Dehradun from 7-10th July. We wanted our trip to be at a clean and safe location as it was our first after the pandemic hit in 2020. Our experience was great! And we are now more confident of going on another trip :) The hotel is right opposite to Scholar's Home School and next to Pacific Mall. Very close to Sai Baba Temple. 1. Reservation & Check-in: Mr. Ramesh from reservations offered us a great room at great price on Half Boarding (Breakfast + Dinner). The Premier room was good, decent size but the bathrooms are small (even though these are mid-range rooms). The view isn't that great unless you are staying in the suite but it's not even worse. I have shared the pictures of the room. Check-in process was seamless, we waited for 15 minutes to get the room so it is acceptable. I forgot to ask the person's name but he was polite and professional. Mr. Dev, thank you for a smooth check out. 2. House Keeping: Thanks to Mr. Ayush Rawat from house keeping. 3. F&B: The food is good, spread is decent for both breakfast and dinner. It tastes well too. The staff is very polite and tries to accommodate requests. No matter what time of the day, the staff will greet you with a smile on their face even though they might be really tired. This talks a lot about their customer service. I would individually like to say Thank you to: A. Alisa & Khushi for always greeting us with a smile on your face. Wishing you best for successful career ahead. B. Mr. Devender for that perfect cup of Masala tea every morning. C. Mr. ***ish, Mr. Vivek, Mr. Mahipal Singh, Both Mr. Shubham Bhandari(s) for always listening and serving with a smile. You all are fantastic! D. Mr. Ramesh & Mr. Abhishek, the F&B ***agers. It's your able guidance that your team is working so efficiently and you both should be appreciated for the same. I stayed at this beautiful small property with my family on the way back from Mussoorie to Delhi. This property is away from crowded area of Dehradun and close to the cantonment. The property was beautifully designed and decorated with traditional artifacts and wooden statues. The reception has a huge 8 feet Vishnu statue made of teak wood from Kerela. The dining area was also beautifully decorated to elevate the dining experience. Even the crockery they used was antique, stylish and elegant. Special thanks to the old 60 year old ” Renne Mali Bhaiya ” who had a deep knowledge about all his beautiful plants in the property. I will be back soon !!!

Good hotel, about near to railway station. Room and wash room was clean. Food was delicious. Staffs are courteous. I had booked the super deluxe room. Allotted room was not so spacious as i had guessed earlier. Arrival time of my train (vande bharat) was 22. 35 pm, so, i had requested on phone to provide paid service for pick up from station but, the management showed inability to do this. Being a 3 star hotel, management should think about this service. After all, i appreciate this hotel and like to stay again in coming trips. Thanks.
