Our stay was not worth the money as we experienced a few issues there which included the following- 1. There was a foul smell in the room. 2. Improper toiletries. 3. Unable to close the window.

Service was poor that you have to remind them for any work. On the bed we have found needle which once when that started hurting us. Poor service.

It's a budget hotel ideal for travellers coming or going from dd n railway station. Hardly 200-300 meters away from railway station. Clean and tidy. Doesn't have food/room service apart from tea. Guests can do zomato/swiggy order though. Only thing that i found a bit off putting was lack of warm water supply throughout the day. As they only supply warm water connection between 6 am to 11pm.

The room is quite good but their services are not good such as hot water in the bathroom has provided for limited time for unknown reason. Light was turned off frequently and water tap are not working properly. No handwash was provided in the bathroom and towel has big hole. Overall it is not upto the mark.

It was a pleasant stay, the staff was courteous and helpful. The biggest plus point is the location as it’s just opposite the railway station and mussoorie bus station, with other places in reach
