Overall good experience rooms and the ambiance was good staff was very polite food service is excellent food is also good & main thing the interior of hotel amazing whenever I come to dehradoon definitely I stay there & I highly recommend this hotel

Very good and luxurious property if we think from the budget prospective, budget friendly but will give you a proper 3 star feeling, rooms are clean, food is good, property is bit distance from the city center but it is ok, hotel staffs are well mannered and gives good service.

Hotel is very Good atmosphere, value for money, rooms are neat and clean, staffs are very cooperative, You will get lots of food options, and familiar stay was there. One day stay was there for business purpose Breakfast was awesome and tasty as well. Basic amenities was there. One thing is location was bit far away. But hotel staff help us to reach hotel via cab with reasonable price. Awesome Hospitality. My overall rating is very good 5 ⭐

Loved the ambience of the hotel... The staffs are very helpful... Foods are amazing... Rooms are net and cleaning.. Basic amenities are there... One thing the hotel is lil bit far away..but my overall experience is great..Looking forward to visit again..

Very bad experience.... infrastructure of the hotel is really very nice but on the other hand the services are worst ....they don't have power backup. When we visited it was raining that day so there was a power cut and they don't have a power backup no inverter nothing . We asked for chilled water bottle they said we don't have chilled water . We called to clean the room noone came to clean next day again we called again they ignored and on the last day they had a problem in their water line or something . There was no water in the hotel theywere sending the bucket full of water in everyone's room and yes when we checked in the room was dirty bathtub was very dirty curtains were tore off . Literally very bad experience very bad .

The hotel is so far from the city that you'll feel like you've left Dehradun. The room is so smelly of the toilet, that we had to pay extra and upgrade the room as even after spraying air freshener, the worker over there himself said yes it's too smelly. They didnt have basic regards to not charge us for it but they still did. The door was broken, it was not locking up. The bathroom shower was broken. I have never seen any place put GST on separate food bills, which they did. Putting 5% GST on every in-room dining service is just looting the customer. The female receptionist is just so rude, she talks like she's paying us for it. The only good thing which came out of this place for decent food. Else, DO NOT stay here, the location is extremely far away, rooms are dirty and pathetic, staff is rude beyond limits and it's a complete disaster all and all. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!
