Stayed 3 nights along with several from our sports team. Positives - Affordable, indoor pool & hot tub decent. Breakfast about what you expect. Free waters in the lobby. However my room and also my friends room needed to have the sheets changed immediately upon check in. My replacement sheets were also gross and had hair ingrained in them. I had to stay 3 nights so I went down the road to Target and spent $22 on new sheets for myself. Figured $22 for 3 nights was worth it! My room had 3 burnt out light bulbs - I took a working bulb from my friends room so I could have a lamp. One of our other friends checked in to find someone already in the room and shaving, we think a worker staying there that wasn't registered......

I was unable to make it back to Ohio due to an emergency with my husband whom ended up in a tennessee hospital and i called three different numbers including the number i got from booking and agents associated with this hotel. No one contacted me back and no one contacted booking back either. They took my money never returned it never returned emails nothing! You would think a popular hotel would make it right. Impossible to cancel with this hotel

The room was very nasty. The sheets and blankets had stains on them. Me and my AAU team had to share cleaning supplies mop,broom, spary just to be comfy staying there. Then the staff had the nerve to be rude. Overall worst hotel ive ever stayed and i will not be back.

My overall experience at this hotel last week was probably one the most horrible yet. I stay at this hotel 2 nights every two weeks for work purposes. This past stay the room I received had dirty socks in the sheets, which indicated it was not cleaned. The shower had empty bottles of shampoo. I requested a new room and the room they gave me had lots of hairs in the sheets and empty shampoo bottles in the shower. I requested a new room and when I opened the door the bed was unmade and has trash everywhere. I received another room and there were socks in the window and yet again empty shampoo bottle in the shower. I will never be staying here again.

The young lady at the front desk was wonderful but house keeping needs to step up the cleaning. Had to change rooms three times first room had a dirty towel hanging over the shower rod. The second room had dirty sheets and top cover the sheets had hair and a dry substance that looked like nut.third room bathroom toilet was nasty down the front and the side of it the floor in the room was not swept or mopped and when I went and asked for a face cloth I was giving two hand towels to take a shower with I was told they was out of wash cloths. I was not happy with my stay at all.

Very clean , friendly staff, nice pool with good hours, breakfast was great, even with the crew working around the building it was still our favorite hotel so far in the area within the last month, and we have stayed in 5 while traveling for work.
