It looks way different from the pictures. Hallway and stairs look too old, carpet in the halls is lifting. The rooms are clean and spacious but bathroom shower only has half a glass door and water is able to get out which sucks because it gets cold when you shower. The A/C barely works it got super hot at night. It says there a pool once we got there they said that they don’t have one.

recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Dairfield, Chicago, and was very impressed. When I first entered my room, the television was already on with soft, welcoming music, the lights were on, and everything was spotless—it immediately felt inviting and comfortable. This was such a refreshing difference from many hotels where you walk into a dark, unwelcoming room. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping service was excellent. Every day the bed was perfectly made, the room was cleaned thoroughly, and the towels were neatly folded. These thoughtful details reminded me of the high standard of service you expect at a truly nice hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay again.

Excellent room space and layout. Cookies and infused water in lobby on arrival, nice touch. Customer service a tad bit compromised, maybe short staffed?? I’m still a repeat customer, satisfied for the most part! Thank you

This is a good hotel for the north suburbs and had *very* reasonable rates for the two nights we stayed. I could tell the guestrooms were recently renovated, which is the most important area of any hotel. However, the rest of the hotel has a tired atmosphere and could probably use a refresh. The two elevators were especially slow and are far too small given the necessary amount of use they receive from guests. Also, the final day of our stay we returned in the evening to find our room's entrance door slightly ajar, apparently (and hopefully!) left that way by the housekeeping staff. Also, our bed had been made up in a perplexing manner, with a top sheet used in place of a fitted one. The duvet was also missing its cover. Although this was altogether bizarre, we weren't missing any personal items, so I'm going to mercifully chalk this up to a one-time gaffe on the part of the hotel staff.

Avery & Mari were phenomenal! Definitely looking forward to being back. Everything at the property was absolutely wonderful. Room was clean, service was quick, breakfast was warm & filling.
