It looks way different from the pictures. Hallway and stairs look too old, carpet in the halls is lifting. The rooms are clean and spacious but bathroom shower only has half a glass door and water is able to get out which sucks because it gets cold when you shower. The A/C barely works it got super hot at night. It says there a pool once we got there they said that they don’t have one.

Great place to stay. Newer amenities and room. Parking is free and easy. Very happy with the service and the room. Got a king room with a couch and it was clean and comfortable.

My room doesn't have A/C. Hasn't had a/c since checked in at 5:30. I was told by the head of maintenance at 6:07 the reason I didn't have A/C was upon my arrival I put the fan on high. He said he was going to look at the a/c and changed the fan setting to low and the a/c should start working. When I came back to my room around 8:20 the a/c fan was still on HIGH and the a/c was still not working. When I confronted the head of maintenance in the lobby he said he changed the fan to low and I changed it to back to high and I was a liar for saying I didn't change it back to high. Are you serious? I am not a liar and take that personal attack very seriously and I expect an apology from the head of maintenance. After being called a liar I was obviously very upset when I talked to the front desk, ( which doesn't answer the phone by the way because she is busy checking in guests) I asked her for another room with working a/c. Her response was she could not guarantee the next room would have working a/c. What? This hotel needs to do better! PS I have been on hold with Hyatt Corporate for 25+ minutes. I guess it's a theme. It starts at the top.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Hotel could benefit from some general upgrades but overall good value for the money.

I was a little skeptical when I arrived at the hotel because of recent reviews that claimed the AC in the room did not work and that checkout was at 10am. Well I can confidently say that I had a much better experience than that. My room was great, AC work great, I only had two minor complaints that I alerted the staff about which can be easily resolved. My checkout time was at 12pm and overall experience was 10 out of 10.

I recently stayed at this hotel for business meetings and found the staff to be one of its strongest assets. From check-in to housekeeping, everyone was courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The housekeeping team kept my room spotless throughout my stay, which I really appreciated given my busy schedule. However, the overall condition of the hotel leaves something to be desired. The decor, furnishings, and general ambiance feel quite dated, and it's clear that the property is in need of a comprehensive renovation. While everything functioned adequately, the worn carpets, aging fixtures, and tired-looking common areas detracted from the overall experience. If you're looking for excellent service and don't mind an older property, this hotel could still be a solid choice. But for those expecting a more modern or upscale environment, it might fall short.
