Winter Anniversary
My husband I came for a quiet anniversary get a way. We loved the location and the cabin is beautiful. We were able to snowshoe on the lake and then warm up in the hot tub. The place was really cozy for the two of us, but there is so much room we could also see having our whole family there. The communication from the host was really great and prompt. We look forward to returning when there isn't snow as I can image even more options for exploring and utilizing what the property has to offer.

Lovely cabin!
It was exactly as described on the listing- even better- spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The owners were quick to respond to questions.

Cabin was beautiful.
The cabin was overall beautiful. You could use the paddle boat on the lake, but not suited for swimming. The highway sounds were annoying, but after some time you ignored it. The hot tub was cool, but not cleaned out, but the owner (Ryan) was very kind and responsive with our concerns. We luckily brought our ax, there wasn’t much wood chopped for the fire pit. We had to run to town to get a pitcher and colander for basic supplies. The price we paid, we found ourselves with more minor annoyances then expected. However, overall we had a great time and tried to use all the amenities that were available.

Memorial Day 2024
Was not sure what to expect when we arrived as it was our first vrbo experience. Wife couldn't believe we had the whole place to ourselves. Can't say enough good things. Any negatives would be nitpicks-i think my biggest was the binder mentioning streaming services and that seemed to mean they were downloaded for use, as opposed to a cabin account (we accessed Netflix because we don't have it normally and there was an account logged in). If it was an issue, I would have reached out, but I'm in a lake cabin for memorial day weekend, tv shouldn't be a priority.
The other awesome features I missed were bird feeders and a sliding screen door. Again, nitpicks. This place defines phenomenal.
Bonus points for the semi hidden Mule cups!

Snowy spring getaway
Wonderful cedar cabin with so much room! It’s as pretty as the pictures. We enjoyed a “spring” break surrounded by snow, forest, and a hot tub. We’d love to come back again in winter weather or to enjoy the lake in the summer.

Descent Place
Very dirty, had to sweep before we unpacked. Mosquitos were really bad INSIDE the cabin. By the 3rd day we got them all killed.
