First, the good. The shower was hot & had plenty of water, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were modern, clean, and in good repair. The nearby Frog Pub is amazing. The downsides: there was no cooling for the room, and our room was hot! We had to block the door open to get cool enough to sleep comfortably. We were saddened there was no hot breakfast available, only self-serve continental. There was an issue receiving the room number and entry code. Owner sent it via the ******* app but ******* didn't deliver it until the next morning. A quick phone call to the owner got it sorted. Overall if you want a clean, quiet B&B that's more of a DIY experience, Deepcut Lodge is fine. If you want a traditional British B&B experience with hot breakfast included, you'll need to look elsewhere.
