This hotel was one of the better experiences that we have had. The proximity to the river was an added bonus. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay as this location in the future!

This location is my favorite hotel in Decatur. It’s clean, the staff are very friendly, and you’re right on the water. I always stay here when I’m traveling in North Alabama. I recommend to all of my friends and family to use this location when staying in the Decatur area. 10/10

Great stay, great team and very clean hotel. Thank you taking care of my family and I. Location on the river is idea. We stayed here overnight on our way to Nashville. We will be back very soon. Breakfast was hot and the options were great, everyone seemed happy to be here including the employees

My stay in Decatur was for three weeks in May of 2024. I was there on business and the hotel was a welcoming sight after my long day. Manager Evelyn runs a tight ship and us travelers benefit greatly as a result of this. The hotel is SO. clean and it smells so good from the lobby, on the elevator, and onto your room. The only negative was that I moved to the the 3rd floor my last week and was not as clean smelling but was still a positive experience. The staff is so PROFESSIONAL, want to give huge shout outs to Mr. Kenny and Ms. Shea. You get into trouble when you list names and I cant find the name of the woman who keeps the entire hotel pristine. I did tell her directly when I was there ,so I hope that I am forgiven for not recalling her name. Shout out also to the housekeeping staff , The free snacks and fruit daily was a plus! The breakfast was above board for a free breakfast. Felt very safe in that hotel and kudos to Mr. Kenny for saying that he will do everything he can to keep us safe during the bad weather that came through there one week. Very accommodating for a government employee who had an extremely long stay. This is the ONLY place I will stay whenever in Decatur. I cannot say enough about Evelyn in how she runs this property. Just pure Excellence!

Upon arrival the first thing we noticed is that one of the elevators was out of order, a problem we experienced previously at another Hilton hotel in Decatur, Alabama. The “free” breakfast is free for a reason and the coffee worse than any I’ve ever had. There was a kitchenette in the room and something I’ve never seen before. In the regular size salt and pepper shakers, were little individual packets of salt or pepper. Who does this? It took as much effort or more to stuff those in the bottles as it would to just fill them up with salt or pepper. Very odd-and very cheap. Third time’s a charm. I will never again stay at a Hilton-affiliated hotel. The company used to offer a decent and classy place to stay away from home, and I don’t know what happened to them.

This Hotel is awesome! Friendly staff! Breakfast was excellent! Housekeeping staff was amazing. Front Desk was very friendly and knowledgeable about restaurant in the area! Evelyn and her staff took great care of my family and I during our stay. Will definitely return again!!

I stayed at this location for a Mardi Gras party that was being held next door. I was great! The room was clean, comfortable beds, and courteous staff! Even with all the Mardi Gras partiers, the rooms were quiet and we were not disturbed! Check out process is extremely easy!

The rooms are nice the the pillows are so fluffy and bed feels so nice they got everything you need and the service here is so nice so are the workers the house keepers are so nice as well the food is amazing here I will be coming again soon

The whole hotel was spotless everything was clean in my room i didn’t have to make no complaint about anything. The room service was amazing everyone that works here are so kind and helpful. Their breakfast was good over all my hotel experience was a 10/10. i would stay here again!!
