This hotel opened in 2017 and still looks brand new. Nicely fitted and practical over 4 floors, it sets the standard for what a Holiday Inn should be in 2025. In a quiet part of town yet close to roads interchanges, you are guaranteed peace and a good night sleep. Waking up, you are met by Trea who is in charge of breakfast and wow what a wonderful lady who will assist you in getting the most of what’s on offer and sets the standard for everyone to follow.. My only reason for not rating this hotel top is the lack of daily room service. Everyone else does it even if you have to specifically request it. Still the situation is manageable when aware so overall it is very much a sound choice for your stay in Decatur.

The hotel was conveniently located to the wedding we were attending, the property is in excellent condition. The entire staff was so helpful, but a shout out to Clara who checked us in - very friendly, thorough and helpful. I travel frequently, her whole approach and demeanor, exceptional.

Ants in the room
Ants in the room. Plumbing fixtures amiss. Hotel overcharged amount for the room and refused to correct it and blamed me. Price way too high.
