There was shattered windows, bullet holes, and the door to my hotel room looked like it was smashed open with a crowbar. The second I walked into the hotel room bedbugs scattered away from the sheets of the bed, and the shower curtain was a blue rain tarp. I didn’t fought with customer service for three days and ******* on apparently how I wasn’t gonna get my money back.

This place was absolutely horrible. Staff was also horrendous. Never going here and hope no one else does either. Ruined our vacation.

The pictures on line was nothing like the room i was supposed to get. There was people creeping around all the time

The hotel is a great family oriented hotel and I would recommend anyone the hotel staff is very helpful and the security is always there.I have bee here for month now renting 2 rooms to place my family temporarily until we find housing. When I’m gone if I have to come back I will.
