checking in for my reservation the reception didn't seem like he wanted to help wasn't in uniform. I had to ring the doorbell for someone to come help me out. He was somewhere in the back took a few minutes i had to ring a door bell on the counter. after checking in, I got a room key. I asked about the laundry room. He seemed a little confused. He didn't know what I was talking about and then said oh yeah we do have one so I got a few quarters went to wash laundry room was disgusting dirty trash was full to the top dirt all over the floor dust mites everywhere for some reason the washer was far away from the wall in the middle of the room as the washer was washing didn't seem like it had enough water inside of it so I stopped washing didn't wash after that. went back up to my room room was clean, surprised to be honest out of all the customer service that I got already from the beginning of checking in. I had a good night sleep, and you can hear the elevator from the room, opening and closing and other guest, the walls are pretty thin woke up at 8 o'clock for breakfast breakfast from 6 AM until 9 AM. They have a good selection of a standard breakfast waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, and coffee, orange and apple juice . But un expectedly,they we're out of orange juice, both milks, 2% and wholemilk, syrup, coffee, hot water. when I asked the employee, would you use Tall and thin built in a green sweatshirt. No employee shirt.. i went to get hot water for my oatmeal there wasnt any . I asked about getting more employee guy said we're out we don't have anymore. I said well are you gonna get anymore? Can we have some more orange juice? Can we have some more milk? We're out of hot water. Took about 10 minutes to refill orange juice and milk went over to serve myself a cup of coffee. Coffee was out , syrup was out. He never restoke coffee or water or syrup . my daughter spilled milk on the couch we sat at she 1 yeara old on accident . i wipe my table off and seat as much as i could . when my husband went too check out and turned in the keys. The same employee told my husband you kids spilled milk on the seat at breakfast and took a picture showed him . we need to keep it clean for other guest rudely. my husband said it was an accident . looking outside the pool was dirty and discustingly green like the grass outside same kind . never coming here again this place is family friendly, poor customer serivce for the basic communication welcoming and respected. i would rate this 0 !!!!!

It was a great place to get a rest.
